The Water Ballads exhibition is a solo show by Singapore-based artist Sharon Tang.
Hosted by art advisory firm Art Agenda S.E.A., the exhibition comprises 10 paintings that range in size from 60cm by 45cm to 100cm by 100cm and are priced from SGD 3,200 to SGD 9,500.
The theme of the works is said to be based on the element of water, spirituality and teachings of Chinese classical texts.
The exhibition is accompanied by another showcase of modern Singaporean ink paintings and prints.
The opening reception is on Aug 30 at 7pm which coincides with the launch of The Modern Space, the firm’s new office and viewing gallery.
