Two Mountains is a photography project initiated by KLPA Events director Steven Lee and KLEE Inc Paris Tokyo director Naoko Ohta in 2014. Since then they have had two exhibitions, first in Malaysia (TM1.0, 2014) and then in Japan (TM2.0, 2017). This exhibition is a culmination of the earlier two.

Following an acknowledgement of the iconic status of Mount Fuji and Mount Kinabalu, three photographers were commissioned to photograph personal "photo-stories" about said peaks. The photographs are said to focus on the people and communities which live "under the [mountain] shadows". The exhibition hopes to "discover the legends, folklore, natural scapes and traditions surrounding each mountain."

The photographers are Nadirah Zakariya, Nana Safiana and Stacy Liu from Malaysia and Mikio Hasui, Atsushi Okuyama and Yuki Moritia from Japan.

A panel discussion with the artists will be held on Nov 25 from 2pm to 4pm.
