Penang sketches by Ch'ng Kiah Kiean

Penang-based artist Ch'ng Kiah Kiean will showcase his recent series of sketches of Penang heritage buildings and streetscapes in his latest solo show at The Art Gallery, Penang.

All the 30 works, mainly rendered in Chinese ink or combined with watercolour, are for sale. The sizes range from 28 cm by 38cm to 28 cm by 114cm. Prices range from RM2,000-RM6,000.

The gallery will be publishing an accompanying catalogue entitled Sketching Penang II. This latest solo exhibition is a follow-up to Ch'ng's ninth solo show, Sketching Penang I, held at the same gallery in 2014.
